The facilities are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis upon acceptance of the security deposit. 2. Rental fees are based upon the event type and room(s) requested, as presented below. 3. Party/meeting rates are set for up to four (<4) hours and greater than four (>4) hours. 4. A security deposit of $300 and a cleaning fee of $200 will be required of all non-church members.
